SHIPPING & PROCESSING
Most items will be mailed within 3-5 business days after receipt of your order when the item is in inventory. We suggest you order by the internet for fastest response. Most items may be shipped from Germany. Those items may take a minimum delivery time 6 to 8 weeks. You will be notified via email if any of your products cannot be shipped in a timely manner.
Items starting with a "3" or "4" usually come quite quickly. We usually receive within 3 - 4 weeks.
Items starting with a "0" take a bit longer, and this varies. We usually receive within 6 to 8 weeks.
The Cotton Lace items take the longest, sometimes 8 - 10 weeks or so. This is because the cotton pieces need to be pieced together by hand, and this manufacturer is so small that they don't make a piece until they have an order for it.
Trust us the wait is well worth the quality of our products. Remember these products are true heirlooms.
