If any product does not meet your expectations, please contact us at CustomerService@KeepsakeTableClothsandDoilies.com Just return it to us and we will gladly refund your merchandise purchase amount, credit your account, or issue a replacement (if in stock) -- whichever you prefer. Shipping and Handling will not be refunded.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICY?
Our policy is prompt and efficient processing of your order. If any item is out of stock, we'll inform you right away. Items ordered together are not always shipped on the same day or in the same box.
ARE THERE ANY FEES TO SHIP OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTIAL U.S.?
We'll notify you if additional charges are required for deliveries outside the 48 contiguous states. You may also be required to pay duty or taxes in non-U.S. destinations. Please include your street address and your P.O. Box (if applicable), and allow 7-10 days for delivery. Some items are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer and will take extra time to arrive. Items shipped from Germany may take up to 6 - 8 weeks, depending on customs. We will notify you if your order is going to take an unusual amount of time.

MY DOILY IS NOT EXACTLY 13", WHY?
All products are ordered from Germany in centimeters and sometimes the conversion to inches changes the final size. Not all products are the exact size to inches but are very close.
